  1. Friendly reminder to sign up for the event. At the end of April we have to release the rooms we did not sell. This means you are on your own for a room and will be paying around 15% more than the rest of the group. You also might not find a room. We do have some good news, we were able to negotiate down one hotel more to save an additional $85 off the price. Website has been updated to show this great news. Current numbers claimed.
  2. Colorado Rockies - Mini Epic Road Tour July 11 - July 15 2016 Disclaimer: --------------------------------------------- This a pay your own way event. This means even me the organizer pays my own way to attend. Organizing drives is my hobby and I enjoy putting the events on. I also pay for the website and store system out of my own pocket to make sharing information and registering easier on everyone. --------------------------------------------- The Epic road trip event is a bi-yearly event that is focused on the spirit of having an adventure and making friends. The first Epic was a week in
  3. Took a while but finally done. After sorting around 6000 images of the trip, here are the top 3375 from the trip. That is far to many images to post to the forum so the link below is to the albums. http://www.norcaldrivers.com/albums/Yellowston%20Teons%20Road%20Trip/
  4. For those who were unable to make this trip, we must say you missed one hell of a week. The group was 14 cars strong, and we did have a few additional cars join us along the way, making the final group 16 cars at the largest point. Here is a summary of the week: Day 1 - The day started with the usual introduction, paperwork and review of the week’s itinerary. We then headed out to drive the North Loop of Yellowstone Park, stopping at all the major attractions along the way. Everyone enjoyed seeing the sights and getting to know one another. Towards the end of the day, we quickly noticed
  5. I wanted to do one last bump for the event. I will post here next with a link to the images and video from the event. Decals and T-shirts have been ordered. If you want a decal or t-shirt please let me know ASAP so I can add your request to the order. As always if you have not gotten any email updates please email me so we can make sure you get the updates.
  6. I will be ordering shirts soon. Below is what we came up with for the event. For those who have signed up, I will be sending out the itinerary for the weeks activities. If you still want to go, sign up and join us.
  7. For those who signed up for information, I just sent out a May update. If you did not get this email please check your SPAM folder for a email from NorCal Drivers. If you still do not have it please email me at norcal.drivers@gmail.com and I will send it to you directly.
  8. For kicks I took the time to map out all the people that requested info. This is the caravan routes according to Google for the fastest route there based on ZIPs provided. If everyone that requested info is able to attend, that will make for a truly continental event. Alaska is winning for furthest traveled as you can see. If you have questions or have not gotten the last email update, please email direct - norcal.drivers@gmail.com
  9. We are 76 days away from the event, wow time fly's For those who are thinking of going, make sure to book your rooms sooner than later. There are BMW and Mercedes rental cars available for those who do not want to drive their car. Email me for details on rooms and car rentals. 10. Just a bump and a update that we crossed the 108 person mark for information request to attend. Not to shabby. If you signed up and have not gotten the info, please email me directly. norcal.drivers@gmail.com
  11. Just a bump to make sure people know about it as well as are paying attention. Cheers
  12. For those who are somewhat interested in going, make sure to reserve your room sooner than later. If you have not received the email with hotel information please email or pm me.
  13. Just a update to remember to reserve your room if you are thinking of going. You can always cancel 72 hours before check in. So if you plan on going make sure to at least hold your room. Details on room rates were mailed to those that signed up on the Google doc.
